Workshops and Events

Our workshops are designed around specific themes with the intention of fostering personal insight, growth, and transformation. Each workshop can be attended as a stand-alone event, providing flexibility for your journey. Meditation practice is the foundation of all workshops, which typically range from one to three hours in duration.

For those new to meditation, we recommend starting with a shorter session to gradually build your practice and confidence.

 

Please note that workshops and meditation practices may not be suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions. If you are currently experiencing or being treated for any mental health issues, we advise discussing your participation with your GP or healthcare professional prior to attending.
